Consultation and Guidance – From £45

A one off 60 minute session to help you understand your situation and next steps. This is most useful if you want clarity before taking action yourself.

• A 60 minute phone call to share your health journey with us.
• A clear explanation of how the relevant NHS process works, what you can expect from your GP or specialist and your next steps.
• You will receive a written step by step plan of what to do next with links to relevant guidelines, services, or organisations.

Coaching and Practical Support – From £70

Everything in the Consultation package, plus practical support including contacting your healthcare professionals and coaching you before appointments.

Sometimes knowing what to do is only half the problem. If you are unsure how to push things forward, we can step in and support you.

We work with you to actually get things moving, so you are not left chasing things on your own.

This builds on the consultation and adds practical, hands on support.

• Includes everything in the Consultation and Guidance package too.
• We book your appointment for you.
• Before the appointment, you will receive a 30-min coaching session over the phone before, with a written script on how to discuss your concerns with your GP so you are both heard and understood.
• Help you to challenge decisions so you get the help you need.
